Your SpotCash account details including transaction history, balances, and payment details for effecting transfer of monies through our payment channels.
Financial details like income, expenses, and/or credit history needed as part of application request for some of our services.
Images of documents/photos uploaded by you required to open and maintain your SpotCash account.
Customer voice recordings of conversations with our customer care agent to address your queries/grievances.
Employment details such as occupation, positions held, employment history, salary and/or benefits as part of KYC Data Registry under Prevention of Money Laundering Rules, 2005.
Specimen signature(s) for processing instructions received through our various payment channels.
Your opinions about our services provided as feedback or responses to surveys.
Device information obtained from your mobile/PC by way of using our app — device location, communication info, contacts, call logs, device model, mobile network, and transactional SMS/app notifications.

Section II

Storage of Your Personal Data

We store and process your Personal Data only in India, in accordance with RBI circular in respect of the Storage of Payment System Data dated 6th April 2018.

Our backup data center and systems also maintain backup in case of data loss due to system failure for recovery in India.

Any Personal Data that we have access to shall never be shared without your permission. In various processes, we seek your explicit consent to use/share your Personal Data.

We will share your data with competent/legal/statutory/regulatory agencies or partners in the following cases only:

Preserving of Your Personal Data

We preserve your personal data in our high-level secure server to avoid any damage.

We retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which it is disposed off, except for record retention required as per Master Direction on Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments — RBI Guidelines, Banking Companies (Period of Preservation of Records) Rules, 1985, and Prevention of Money-Laundering (Maintenance of Records) Rules, 2005.
The Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 guidelines require your transaction logs to be stored for a period of up to 10 years post account deletion. In the event of any pending legal/regulatory proceeding, we may retain your Personal Data for longer periods as directed by law.
